Disc Top Cap Design Principle and Working Principle
Structural Design Disc Top Cap consists of a round flat top cover and a built-in hinged disc, one end of which is fixed and the other end is movable. When the recessed area of the cover is pressed, the disc rises to form a dispensing hole (the hole diameter is usually 2-5mm), which automatically closes and resets after release.
Operation mechanism The user can open the orifice by lightly pressing the top of the cap with one hand, and the product flows out by gravity or squeezing; press again to seal and avoid leakage. This "seesaw" mechanism does not require rotation or pulling the cap, simplifying the operation process.
